We facilitate KYC verification for third-party organizations (e.g., banks, insurance companies). Users must manually upload their data, which is then:

  • Stored as encrypted digital assets (NFTs) on the user’s blockchain wallet.
  • Secured with AES encryption.
  • Not accessed, stored, or controlled by Pehachain or GTPL.
  • Types of Data Collected (Uploaded by User).
  • Personal Identification (Name, DOB, Address).
  • Government IDs (Aadhaar, Passport, Driver’s License).
  • Financial Information (if required by third-party verifiers).

3.0 How We Use Data

  • To enable KYC verification for authorized third parties.
  • To encrypt and secure user data on their blockchain wallet.
  • To improve app functionality (e.g., cookies for user experience).

4.0 Data Storage & Security

  • User data is not stored on our servers.
  • Data is encrypted (AES) and stored in the user’s blockchain wallet.
  • We do not have access to decrypted user data.

5.0 Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • We do not sell or share user data with third parties.
  • Users voluntarily submit data to third-party organizations (banks, insurers) via Pehachain.
  • Third parties are responsible for their own data handling policies.

6.0 User Rights

  • Access, Edit, or Delete Data: Users can manage their data directly in the app.
  • Deletion : Users can permanently remove their data from their blockchain wallet.

7.0 Cookies & Tracking

  • We may use cookies for a better user experience.
  • Users can opt out via browser or app settings.

8.0 Children’s Privacy

Pehachain is usable by minors, but financial/legal KYC processes are handled by third parties (subject to their policies).
